🛍️ 30-Day Return Policy

 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must:


  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Have all original tags and packaging attached.
  • Be free from stains, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order or custom-printed apparel) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


⚡ How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization with instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

💸 Refunds

lOnce your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • If your return doesn’t meet our return policy requirements, it may be declined or issued as store credit instead.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

We offer quick and easy exchanges for eligible items within the same 30-day window.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-printed or personalized apparel
  • Clearance or sale items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@savagecustomapparel.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — fast.
